Inpatient Oncology Float RN (Seidman) – Up to $75/hour – Med Surg and $8k sign on bonus for 1+ years of external RN experience
Position Summary/Dimensions of Nursing Practice:
- 2 years of experience in Med Surg is highly preferred
Seidman float pool floats to all 4 inpatient, oncology units at main campus. The pay is up to $75 per hour based upon shifts and if you elect into benefits . This is a day/ night rotation position, three 12’s per week, every other weekend, every other holiday.

Qualifications
Experience
1+ years of RN experience, preferably oncology
Education
- Other Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing () or
- (ADN) Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Required)
- (BSN) Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- (MSN) Master’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Knowledge of nursing process and practice. (Required proficiency)
- Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices. (Required proficiency)
Licenses and Certifications
- Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License (Required Upon Hire) and
- Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required Upon Hire)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on clinical area standards.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) may be required based on clinical area standards.
