Qualifications
Position Requirements:
· Two (2) years’ experience in a hospital setting desirable
· Computer skills
· Theoretical and clinical knowledge regarding health care delivery
· Multi-tasks and prioritizes work
· Communicates effectively with persons of various backgrounds
· Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Exhibits strong organizational skills and work ethic
· Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers
Education Requirements:
Master’s degree from an accredited School of Social Work
License Requirements:
Licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board at the LSW level; Attainment of LISW status is encouraged within one year of eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with pediatric emergency situations is strongly preferred. Recent work with pediatric trauma is also preferred. Will be performing psych and forensic assessments, so candidates with mental health evaluation and acute/crisis experience is preferred. Schedule is (3) 12 hour shifts, mainly 11:00am-11:00pm and 1:00pm-1:00am; Mon-Fri with rotating weekends and holidays.
