Home Care Nursing

UH Home Care Services offer nursing professionals a unique opportunity to take ownership of crucial health care decisions for pediatric and adult patients. Home Care Pharmacy
Pharmacy is an integral part of our overall patient care success. Our pharmacists serve in a variety of capacities, including order verification, patient consultation, medical team partnering, providing evidence based education and thrive as a central knowledge resource for all medication-related issues to patients receiving care at home. Our pharmacy techs provide essential support to our pharmacists; preparing sterile products for IV therapy, preparing labels and medication and inventory management. Our Patient Support Advocates assist with prior authorizations, financial assistance and patient outreach.
