What You’ll Experience

As a Registered Nurse in our Level I Trauma Center, no two shifts are the same. You will:

·        Care for patients with complex traumatic injuries and acute illnesses.

·        Collaborate with surgeons, trauma specialists, emergency medicine providers, and interdisciplinary care teams.

·        Utilize advanced clinical judgment to assess, prioritize, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.

·        Participate in trauma activations, emergency interventions, and life-saving procedures.

·        Advocate for patients and families during challenging and emotional situations.

·        Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, learning, and teamwork.

·        Support the recovery journey from admission through discharge.
