What You’ll Experience

As a PCNA, you’ll work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps patients feel safe, comfortable, and supported. Every shift offers opportunities to build meaningful connections with patients and families while developing valuable clinical skills.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver direct patient care and assist with daily living activities
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient information
• Support patient comfort, safety, and mobility
• Assist with procedures and clinical tasks, including ECGs and specimen collection where applicable
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Help create a positive experience for patients and their families
• Serve as a mentor and resource for new team members as your experience grows
