Description

Join the Ahuja Expansion Observation Team! We are hiring now for Ahuja's new observation floor opening in June of 2023. This is a very fast paced med surg environment with lower patient/nurse ratio than a typical med surg.

We have several positions open for days and nights. These positions are three 12's per week and every other weekend and every other holiday. There is a 8K Sign on for RN's with one year of experience.

Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients and families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.

Dimensions are Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care.

Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.

Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations.

Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing.

Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Thorough knowledge of nursing process and practice.

Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices.

1 year RN experience preferred.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from accredited program preferred.

Minimum of Diploma/Associate’s Degree in nursing from accredited program.

License Requirements:

Registered nurse with current license to practice in the state of Ohio.

Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
