JOB DESCRIPTION

Description

Position Summary/Essential Duties:

• Participate in planning and execution of fundraising events and programs (e.g. UH collaborative ticketed and third party events, Rainbow Children’s Miracle Network)
• Assist in planning and development of strategies for effective and efficient meetings
• Observe and assist in planning logistics for departmental training programs
• Assist in production of communication materials and presentations
• Work closely with experienced development professionals to become familiar with various operational aspects of a development office
• Explore and support employee engagement activities
• Analyze and organize data as needed with specific projects
• Familiarize with information network directory and handle electronic filing projects
• Other special projects as assigned
