ASHLEY RUTLEDGE: I love working for UH because it's not just a job, it's a career. I have numerous opportunities to grow in the health care field, and I have the chance to do something important. I love that we don't just treat the diseases or illnesses that a person may have, but we treat them as a whole person.

NEDJELIKA GRABUNDZIJA: University Hospitals cares about me as an employee and a person. I always receive good feedback from my boss and many pats on my back.

WENDY MALEY I'm always looking for new ideas to help our patients. No matter what it is, it's always supported with open arms. Our leadership cares about what we think because we are the ones on the front line with our patients.

DAVID RUDD: I love that I can see my future. UH allows me to specialize, offers tuition reimbursement, and provides certification programs. I get better while patients get better.

AUDREY METHENEY: Whether I'm drawing blood or tracking into the lab, I always, always have one thing on my mind, what impact does this have on my patient?

JONI BINFORD: The patients are my everything. So when they come into their doctors appointments, sometimes they're scared. So it's my top priority every day to put them at ease. And once they're at ease, I've done my job.

BONNIE BURZANKO: I grew up in this community. Now I get to work here. That's really awesome, and I see friends and family every day, and our patients become our families. It's just great that there's so many places that you can work close to home.

CINDY ZELIS: Science and compassion isn't just a vision statement. I see it every day. We make discoveries that transform clinical care forever. And when we're at the bedside, we excel at compassionate care. I'm so proud to work for University Hospitals.
